Elko Art in the Park

Buckle up for an incredible 2025! Mark your calendars for the 41st annual Elko Art in the Park, which will be held on Saturday, July 12th, from 9 am to 5 pm, and again on Sunday, July 13th, from 9 am to 3 pm. The event will take place in Elko’s Main City Park, hosted by the Elko County Art Club (ECAC). Come and immerse yourself in the art, meet the talented artists, and support local creativity!

ECAC brings a splash of color to our community with its Vendor Marketplace and Art Fest thanks to the generous support of local sponsors like Nevada Gold Mines, Elko Sanitation, Terry’s Pumpin’ Potties, Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, Work Wise LLC, Elko Cardiology, Cavanaugh-Bill Law Offices, Nevada Health Center, I&E Electric, and the Northeastern Nevada Museum.

Get ready for an epic adventure with over 110 vendors! You’ll find a mouthwatering array of food and drinks, unique handmade crafts, stunning fine art, and more. Plus, you’ll discover local businesses, metal art, jewelry, photography, and so much more. It’s going to be a treasure trove of wonders!

Many talented member artists, makers, and crafters selling their amazing creations at the ECAC Gift & Art Gallery will also be selling their products in the Members’ Booth near the Information & Raffle Booths. Don’t miss out on a chance to win incredible items from our vendors while supporting ECAC’s mission to make art accessible to kids in our community.

Art in the Park is a fantastic family event that offers so much more than just shopping, eating, and drinking. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in a vibrant and entertaining atmosphere. Experience the mesmerizing Indigenous dancers and drums, enjoy live music, and witness a variety of performing arts. Get creative with arts and crafts, watch skilled art demonstrations, including Great Basin College Ceramics and their dueling pottery wheels, and let the little ones burn off some energy at the bounce houses and kiddo train. It’s a day filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories for the whole family!

Get ready for the Kids’ Corner in 2025, with art and craft activities, workshops, and a Storytime tent. Also new this year are different artists leading workshops at various times throughout the event. One such workshop is with local ceramic artist, Debbie Finley, offering a ceramic arts workshop ending with a Raku firing. Mark your calendars for July 1st, and we’ll share more details about each workshop, including an online sign-up. We’ll also save some seats for folks who come to the event.

Art in the Park promises to be a fantastic experience for people of all ages. We eagerly anticipate seeing you there on the second weekend of July! Visit our website closer to the event for a complete list of activities: elkocountyarts.org/elko-art-in-the-park.

ECAC, a nonprofit founded in the 1970s with the mission to support art and artists in Elko County, endeavors to empower artists, makers, and craftspeople by providing a platform for them to showcase and sell their creations: The ECAC Gift and Art Gallery. Notably, the organization returns 85% of the proceeds generated from sales to the artist. Art in the Park is ECAC’s primary fundraiser to keep this space open. The ECAC Gift and Art Gallery, situated at 407 Railroad Street in the heart of downtown Elko, now offers a resale section featuring a diverse range of art and craft supplies. Visit the Gallery from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
