The Home Field Advantage: Building a New Era for Elko Athletics

In the world of high school sports, the playing field has changed, literally. While our competition moves toward high-performance, all-weather surfaces, Elko High School remains anchored to a facility that struggles to keep up with the demands of our students and the Nevada climate. The Elko Athletics Booster Club has launched an ambitious mission to bring Warrior Field into the 21st century.

Every great comeback starts with a solid foundation. For Elko High School, that foundation is a stadium that reflects the grit and excellence of its athletes. The Elko Athletics Booster Club is calling on the community to support a landmark renovation of our high school’s athletic facilities. This phased project will first deliver a versatile turf field for both Football and Soccer and a durable Track which will lay the groundwork for future upgrades to our bleachers, the lighting, and a state-of-the-art scoreboard. This isn’t just a school project; it’s a commitment to our children and the enduring spirit of Elko.

When we build a top-tier facility, everybody wins.

1. Stop the Travel: Keep your gas money and your time when Elko High School will become the destination for Regional and State Championships in Track, Soccer, and Football.

2. Economic Engine:  Securing the 1A, 2A, or 3A NIAA Championships means bringing thousands of visitors to our doorstep which fills our hotels, our restaurants, and helps fuel our economy.
