Celebrates 10 Years of Weddings & Local Love
In 2026, the Ruby Mountain Bride Bridal Expo proudly celebrates its 10th year of bringing together local wedding professionals and engaged couples right here in Elko. What began as a small community event has grown into Elko’s only bridal expo, designed to inspire, educate, and connect couples with the talented local businesses that help turn wedding dreams into reality.
At its heart, the Ruby Mountain Bride Bridal Expo has always been about supporting local. From photographers and florists to venues, caterers, beauty professionals, and rental companies, the expo showcases businesses that live and work in our community. By promoting local vendors, we help couples build meaningful relationships with professionals who understand the area, the seasons, and the unique vision each couple brings to their big day.
This milestone year is especially meaningful as we reflect on a decade of helping hundreds of couples plan weddings while strengthening connections among small businesses. Many vendors who participated in the very first expo are still part of the event today, a testament to the lasting relationships and trust built over the years.
What to Expect at the Expo
The Ruby Mountain Bride Bridal Expo is designed to be welcoming, fun, and informative for couples at every stage of planning—whether you just got engaged or are finalizing the last details.
Attendees can expect:

Best of all, the event is free to attend, making it an easy and enjoyable outing for couples, friends, and family.
Tips for Making the Most of the Bridal Expo
To help couples get the most out of their experience, here are a few helpful tips:
• Come with an open mind.
• Even if you have a vision in place, seeing options in person can spark new ideas or introduce you to vendors you may not have considered.
• Bring a list of priorities.
• Whether photography, venue, or food is most important to you, knowing your top priorities will help guide your conversations.
• Ask questions. This is your chance to meet vendors one-on-one. Don’t be afraid to ask about availability, pricing, packages, and timelines.
• Take notes and collect contact information.
• After meeting several vendors, details can blur together. Notes and business cards will help when you follow up later.
• Enjoy the process.
• Wedding planning should be exciting! The expo is meant to be fun, inspiring, and stress-free.
A Celebration of Community
As Ruby Mountain Bride marks its 10th anniversary, the Bridal Expo remains committed to uplifting local businesses and helping couples feel confident and excited as they plan one of the most important days of their lives. It’s more than an event—it’s a celebration of love, creativity, and community.
We can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and newly engaged couples to this special milestone year.
