Step Into Elko’s Haunted History

Elko Area Chamber’s Ghost Tours

Get ready for an unforgettable night where Elko’s ghosts rise to tell their tales. Join us for three spine-tingling evenings at the Annual Elko Ghost Tours happening October 23rd, 24th and 25th at 6 PM — now creepier (and classier) than ever, hosted by the Elko Area Chamber.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines and hors d’oeuvres while enjoying true, first-person storytelling, all based on real events too bizarre (and grisly) to be fiction, by local talent.

Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th, tours will begin at the Western Folklife Center, 501 Railroad Street, with Saturday, October 25th tours beginning with two shows at Ogi Deli at 460 Commercial Street. Other historic downtown locations include Lostra Warehouse, The Underground and The Beer Mug.

This event is for guests 21 and over – Get your tickets, $40 per person, by visiting elkonevada.com or scan the QR code before they vanish like a ghost at sunrise.

This event is made possible by sponsors Great Basin Beverage Bench Electric and Komatsu as well as local talented artists, Scott Glennon, James Glennon, Sharon Owen, Mason Simons, and our Mistress of Ceremonies, Jan Petersen.

These aren’t just stories — they’re living pieces of Elko’s wild, weird, and wicked history. Join us as we celebrate our community’s colorful past with laughter, chills, and a glass of wine (or two). It’s educational, but mostly, it’s just spooky fun.
