Welcome to Nevada’s oldest and boldest rodeo—the Silver State Stampede—where tradition meets adrenaline in the heart of Elko! This isn’t just a rodeo… it’s Western heritage at full throttle.
Since 1912, when legendary bit and saddle maker G.S. Garcia decided Northern Nevada needed its own show-stopping cowboy showdown, the Stampede has been ropin’, ridin’, and entertaining crowds for over a century. Today, it’s tied for the 12th oldest rodeo in the nation and continues to be crowned “Best Small Rodeo” in the Wilderness Circuit—again and again.
