The month of May, National Beef Month, is for celebrating farmers and ranchers, the beef cattle they raise, the future of the industry, and for raising awareness and educating beef consumers.

The event will take place over Mother’s Day weekend, May 13th and 14th at the Elko Convention Center.

Food truck Fridays have also become popular community events across the country. Locally, Food Truck Fridays started a couple years ago in Spring Creek and expanded to Elko last year.
