The Elko Parks & Recreation presents the Trunk or Treat Saturday October 23^rd from 2-5 p.m. at the City Pool parking lot, 1501 College Ave, in Elko. The trunk walk is free and there will be a costume contest at 4 p.m. Register to decorate a trunk at elkorec.activityreg.com
