Horizon Hospice offers a unique opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. By volunteering, you can become an integral part of our hospice community, gaining valuable experience, while contributing to a noble cause. This two day training event will be held at 1250 Lamoille Hwy, 143. A light continental breakfast and lunch are provided on both days.
