Horizon Hospice Peer Support Group – Elko

We at Horizon Hospice offer support groups through our Horizon Center during the school year. If you or a family member is grieving a loved ones loss, and would like support through your grief, please join us at Horizon Hospice 1250 Lamoille Hwy suite 413 at 6pm for our monthly peer support group, held on the first and third Tuesdays.
