CHAIR YOGA

Whether you work from home or in an office, are a mom or a college student, you may periodically experience that “afternoon slump.” Chair Yoga is a fun and easy way to take a break and re-energize, re-focus, and renew your body and mind. Chair Yoga can be done anywhere and requires no special clothing, mats or props, other than your chair. In this class, we will learn how to use the breath paired with simple movements to de-stress, improve mindfulness, and re-energize. Once you’ve learned these simple practices, you can use them throughout the week as often as you need to refresh the body and mind. Take a break, and join the fun online for 30 minutes a week via Zoom for “real-time” instruction in the afternoon to learn about and experience the amazing benefits of chair yoga! Internet access is required.

Wednesday, September 2 from 2-2:30 pm, enrollment through September 15. The cost is $25.
