Imagine an opportunity for children to be entrepreneurs, boosting their confidence, teaching them valuable lessons, and giving them a real-world experience they will never forget! Please join us at the Acton Children’s Business Fair!
Hi, I’m Sarah Bitton – owner, guide, and passionate believer in children discovering their calling through curiosity, courage, and community, and I would like to invite ALL children to participate in the Acton Children’s Business Fair!
It is my goal, and the goal of Acton of the Rubies, to share the joy of entrepreneurship with the community. The Acton Children’s Business Fair is the perfect place for children to turn their passions into a real life experience.
If you are continually amazed by your child’s tenacity, creativity, and vision, please plan on participating in the Acton Children’s Business Fair on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 10am – 1pm. Set up starts at 9 AM at the Elko Senior Center, 1795 Ruby View Drive. There is a $10 booth fee for participants.
The Acton Children’s Business Fair is an event designed to support young entrepreneurs in taking their first steps to running their own businesses. The Fair was created by Acton Academy and has grown to be the largest entrepreneurial event for children worldwide.
The intention of this event is to support, inspire, and provide a safe environment for young entrepreneur’s first businesses.
We provide a business plan outline to help our participants organize their business ideas from designing a concept to making their first sale. Registering for the fair includes access to this template for outlining important first business information such as what you’re selling, your startup costs, and your marketing strategy. Participants are welcome to customize their plan as much as they wish! Understanding core business principles such as costs/profits and creating a marketing strategy will help children to gain confidence in their sales.
The Acton Children’s Business Fair is a FREE event for the community to attend. Prepare to be amazed, amused, and inspired by the passion of the participants. Please join us by patronizing the young entrepreneurs of Elko.
