Multimedia and Painting
Elko County Art Club | 407 Railroad Street, Elko, NV | 775-753-8170
Tess Senrud received her Associate of Arts degree in Art History and General Studies from Great Basin College in 2011. Since then Senrud has been exploring all mediums and creating her own unique style including drawing, painting, colored pencil, charcoal, and mural painting.
A true Nevada artist down to her roots, the freedom of growing up appreciating wide open spaces and attention to detail is understood in her work. The Nevada influence is always present. Her individuality and personal strength, a hallmark of our rural western communities, are always present in the interpretations expressed within her art.
Senrud creations offer a full range of multimedia works, including her current featured exhibit titled, Tiles. Utilizing a full range of optics, “Tiles” presents a display of color and connections, a study of visual stimulation. The exhibit is an opportunity for contemplation and exploration. You will note an appreciation of shifts in mood and the influences you perceive from value, energy, and color intensity.
The Taber Building gallery will feature this Exhibit. The Gallery is open from 11:00 to 3:00 Tuesday thru Saturday. Volunteer Docent Hosts will cordially assist your enjoyment of this Exhibit.
