Step 1

STRESS REDUCTION
• Mediation (10-20 minutes daily)
• Minimize Social Media (or eliminate for 30 days)
• Herbal Adaptogens
• Relax and breathe (4-5 scheduled intervals daily)
• Shut phones off by 7pm in the evening


Step 2

H20
• Maintain regular water intake
• At least half your body weight in ounces (i.e. 200lbs = 100oz)
• Add electrolytes to maximize water absorption and retention


Step 3

SLEEP
• Develop consistent nightly routine (same time, place)
• Limit bright lights for 1-2 hours prior to (no tv,  no phone in bedroom)
• Use red light or low light in the evenings
• Make sure bedroom stays steady temperature (62-68 degrees is ideal)
• Add ChiliPad® technology to control mattress temps
• Track sleep with watch, band or ring to measure results


Step 4

INCREASE BODY TEMP
• Sweat at least 10 minutes a day
• Utilize sauna or infrared sauna

100,000 IU Vitamin A, 50,000 IU Vitamin D, 10,000mg of liposomal Vitamin C (Small doses to Bowel Tolerance), 30mg Zinc, 2mg Copper
