A little bit about…Cook’s Fire Oven and Grill

Ericia Cook and Sarrah Urbahn started Happy Cooks Catering in October of 2015. Ericia and her husband went on to take sole ownership of Happy Cooks while Sarrah stepped down to a General Manager position. Over the last two years Happy Cooks Catering has had the pleasure of serving Elko and the surrounding areas. As the business grew, Ericia started to search for the perfect restaurant location. Finally, the perfect opportunity arose, and Cook’s Fire Oven & Grill was born. Starting March 1st, Cook’s Fire Oven & Grill will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a full bar, seven days a week. They will offer a salad bar for lunch Monday-Friday and will eventually have a Brunch and Mimosa Buffet on the weekends. They will be launching a finer dining menu around May, serving steaks, pastas, seafood and more. Their vision is to show the community there is nothing to be intimidated about just because it’s a golf course restaurant. They are going to bring a friendly and intimate dining experience to their guest along with a high-quality menu that is both delicious and affordable.
