The Miss Elko County Scholarship Organization is the longest standing local preliminary to the Miss America Pageant. We are a Local Qualifier for the Miss Nevada and Miss Nevada’s Outstanding Teen Pageants. The Miss Elko Pageant is centered around the impressive young women of Elko County, offering educational scholarships every year to the young women of our community. This year the Miss Elko Program is happy to be offering a $1250 scholarship to our Miss Elko 2018 title holder and $850 to our Miss Elko’s Outstanding Teen 2018 title holder during the pageant on February 10, 2018 at 6pm at the Elko Convention Center.
The Miss Elko County Organization is founded around the four points of the Miss America Crown; Service, Style, Scholarship, and Success. Our program is very community service based. Our title holder takes on the new crown as a job title. We do a lot of community service all throughout Elko county.
