Each Healthy Living Workshop includes hands-on learning, nutritious snacks, and a 30 minute discussion led by Registered Dietitians. These workshops are open to everyone in the community and, best of all, they’re FREE! June’s topic is Weight Management. Learn practical steps you can take to lose some pounds and keep them off.
